Important Deadlines Set

Some important deadlines have been established:

All interested students must attend an interest meeting or have a scheduled one-on-one meeting by Monday, February 6.

Sign up Day will be Tuesday, February 7. Online sign up will begin at 7:30 a.m. First come, first served, however any additional students will be wait listed for vacancies.

A refundable deposit of $40.00 will be due by all participants on Thursday, February 9 (or two business days after release from the wait list.)

Petitions to have travel insurance costs covered by the Bonner House will be due by Friday, February 10. Proof of health/travel insurance must be submitted by Wednesday, March 7.

Beckley Center Information Table Scheduled

Beckley students: Information Table for the Concord University Alternative Spring Break 2012: Charleston, SC will be available at the Beckley Center from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 24. Please be sure to stop by if you are interested in attending to get all the details.

Interest meetings for the Athens campus have been scheduled. Please be sure to attend one of these interest meetings if you want to participate in the  2012 Alternative Spring Break in Charleston, South Carolina.

Concord University Alternative Spring Break 2012 Tentatively Scheduled

Concord University has tentatively scheduled its annual Alternative Spring Break service trip from March 9-14, 2011 in Charleston, South Carolina. Students will have the opportunity to work with several outreach organizations throughout their stay as well as to experience the history and beauty of Charleston.
